Finally About Dr. Gosnell, the Washington Post is saying, “we’re sorry, we’ll start covering that now.”

The Atlantic is saying we should have done this already and here are the horrible facts,” and is saying, “ we covered all we need to back when he was first arrested, move on along.”

First on the Washington Post. Eric Wemple actually blogged about it yesterday and discussed the lack of coverage by the mainstream.  And in doing so he linked to the Atlantic article by Conor Friedersdorf  that discusses the lack of discussion by liberals and tells all that is needed to explain the horrible details. The title of the article is very telling: Why Dr. Kermit Gosnell’s Trial Should Be a Front-Page Story  –The dead babies. The exploited women. The racism. The numerous governmental failures. It is thoroughly newsworthy.   It is a long article but is well worth reading and passing on to others to read.

Many of the more conservative sites have shown the graphic photos of some of the babies, this I will not link to because I think you who read this blog are conservative and have seen all your stomachs can handle on the subject of viable babies being killed and photographed.

Today Wemple says: Washington Post pledges Gosnell coverage and indeed there is an article online, at least, that headlines Pa. abortion clinic workers say they had few job options, now face prison amid murder caseA headline that makes you think, “oh those poor, poor people, forced to murder for a living.” From the article: They say they were just doing what the boss trained them to do.

Just like those guards in Hitler’s Germany, Saddam’s Iraq, and countless other places murder and mayhem is just a part of the job. I have no sympathy for them.

And I have no sympathy for those who chase the Pulitzer’s given only to those whose stories have a liberal slant and are afraid to do an in depth article on the business of abortion, the huge profits made on murdering babies, and the number of deaths and injuries caused by doctors like this one. Already more reports are coming in on other clinics allowed to thrive under similar conditions.

This clinic had mostly poor, black, Asian and Hispanic patients.  This was class warfare and racism all bundled into one nasty package.  It makes us remember Margaret Sangers goal was to rid the world of the underclass. Be sure to read the Atlantic article.
