No, friends, I didn’t drop off the ends of the earth. But I did go to the Big Bend National Park, almost the ends of the earth. My son Geoff and his wife arranged a travel trailer trip for us. They did all the reservations, getting the old trailer ready to go, and then all the driving and setups. It was a great time for us, we used to do all that for ourselves but being octogenarians, it is a little too much for us now. A great thanks to them and to the other son and his wife for allowing us to keep our trailer on their property and helping with preparations. After returning from the trip we stayed two extra days in San Antonio at their place to rest up and clean and vacate the trailer! Now we are home and will do our early voting on the last day for it.
